The Conscious Creation Process- The 3 Fundamentals and Time (Update)

You do not need to obtain a physics degree to understand the concept of conscious creation.

It suffices for you to open your mind and realize that nothing is what it seems. It suffices for you to acknowledge at least the possibility of another “world” beyond that which you observe with your five senses.

While you could just accept the creative power of thought as fact and apply it, explaining the fundamental process of conscious creation will help your rational mind to better understand and hence apply it more effectively in any area of your life from your relationships, to your finances and to your health.

Is it Sensible to Rely on Your Senses?:

Your rational mind relies heavily on your five senses to perceive reality, in what essentially is an attempt to keep you safe. In fact, most people rely exclusively on their sight, hearing, touch, taste and smell to interpret their reality as these are the five senses that allow human beings to interact with and experience the physical world.

However, just like you should not judge a book by its cover, nor should you judge reality by its appearance. After all, your five physical senses are compelling enough to convince you that you are sitting still while reading these words, when in fact you (and everything on Earth) are rotating at an incredible pace of approximately 66,660 miles per hour (107,278.87 km/h) around the sun.

Douglas Adams, the brilliant author of the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy series, put it like this:..

“The fact that we live at the bottom of a deep gravity well, on the surface of a gas covered planet going around a nuclear fireball 90 million miles away and think this to be normal is obviously some indication of how skewed our perspective tends to be.”

If you are able to get your mind around this, then the concept of conscious creation need not require such a great leap of faith after all.

The Three Aspects of Conscious Creation:

There are essentially three aspects that form the basics of conscious creation. The first is that the Universe is Mental, the second is that everything is vibrating energy and the third is that thought creates.

Law of Attraction and Conscious Creation - Rose Todd ...

This knowledge has been passed down to us through the oldest of mystical teachings and is as relevant today as it was thousands of years go and will continue to be so eternally.

1. The Universe is Mental:

The first aspect of the conscious creation process is also the first of the seven Hermetic Universal Laws. It tells us that the Universe is Mental. This means that all things in the physical realm have their origin in the invisible mental realm.

There is a single, intelligent Consciousness that pervades the entire Universe – all powerful, all knowing, all creative and present everywhere at the same time – the Universal Mind. Since It is Omnipresent it stands to reason that your mind must be part of It and “the same in kind and quality, the only difference being one of degree” as Charles Haanel said.

2. Everything is Energy:

The second aspect of conscious creation is that everything in the Universe, including everything in the mineral, plant and animal kingdoms, every human being, every planet, star and galaxy, everything seen and unseen – EVERYTHING – is energy.

Whatever you see in your physical world is simply energy vibrating at varying frequencies that your five senses interpret as something solid or tangible.

Two more Hermetic Universal Laws are relevant here:

*The Law of Polarity that tells us that energy and matter may appear to be opposites but are in fact varying degrees of the same thing (i.e. energy); and…

*the Law of Vibration that tells us that everything is in constant motion, that everything is vibrating. Since all is energy, one can conclude that mind is energy but we already knew that from the first aspect.

William Walker Atkinson told us that “where mind is static [potential] energy, thought is dynamic energy – two phases of the same thing”.

3. Thought is Creative:

The third aspect of the conscious creation process is that thought creates. At the back of everything that you directly experience in your physical world, seen or unseen, is thought. Whether you do so consciously or not, you create your reality through the power of your thoughts.

Thought is Mind (energy) in action.

Thomas Troward, the renowned English judge and 1904 author of The Edinburgh Lectures on Mental Science, expressed thought’s creative power most eloquently when he said,

The Creative Process in the Individual by Judge Thomas ...

“the action of Mind [thought] plants that nucleus which, if allowed to grow undisturbed, will eventually attract to itself all the conditions necessary for its manifestation in outward visible form.”

This brings another two Universal Laws into play, specifically the Law of Cause (thought) and Effect (physical manifestation) and the closely related Law of Attraction, whereby that which is created is attracted to its original source (the thinker).

Concentrated thought triggers the process whereby energy in its pure potential state is transmuted into energy in its material or physical state (through time), that is in turn attracted to its original corresponding source (i.e. the thinker) through the Law of Attraction.

Thought Energy, Religion, and Spirit | Revelation Now

This is the essence of conscious creation and it applies to anything you wish to create in your physical world, from the material to the more abstract.

In simple terms, here is a formula for the conscious creation process:

potential energy (static mind) –> concentrated thought (mind in action) –> incubation period (time in the physical realm) –> material energy (mind in form) –> returned to source (thinker).

Time Bridges the Gap Between the Mental and Physical Realm:

Time is an important factor to adjust for in the conscious creation process. On the spiritual plane there is no time as we know it and hence, there is no time lapse between cause and effect.

There Is No Such Thing As Time – Never Was And Never Will ...

This means that the corresponding manifestation of thought is instantaneous in the spiritual realm, such that they appear inseparable.

In contrast, the physical plane and the mental plane (albeit to a far lesser degree), are subject to our experience of time and space thereby creating a time lapse between the concentrated thought (cause) and its eventual manifestation (effect).

Thought itself belongs to the spiritual and mental realms while the physical effect of thought belongs to the physical realm.

This means that you must allow for a time lapse between consciously focusing your thought on that which you intend to experience and its corresponding physical manifestation.

Rest assured that your thought has already manifested on the spiritual plane and that it is only a matter of time before it manifests in your physical world but you must allow for that energy transmutation to take place. Time is pivotal to conscious creation, making detachment and patience essential.

In a nutshell, conscious creation is a process whereby the conscious concentration of thought on a specific thing or outcome in the mental realm, gives rise to the manifestation of its corresponding physical manifestation in the physical realm.

The ALL is MIND; the Universe is Mental - YouTube

It is thought power that transmutes energy in its potential state (mind) into energy in its physical state (matter). Remember that the universe is mental, all is energy and that thoughts give you the power to consciously create your reality.

Time bridges the gap between the mental realm of your thoughts and the physical realm of their manifestation.

All you need is patience, persistence and perseverance and that which you focus upon with concentrated thought will, if left uninterrupted, materialize in your physical world.
